When you use matching, we may process the name you enter, birth date, birth time, birth location, calculated Human Design chart data, and the preferences you choose about support, language, session format and location. You can use the matching form without creating an account.

If you request or make a booking, we may also process your contact details, selected service, appointment details and information you choose to share with the professional. Professional profiles contain information that participating professionals have made public through the HumanDesign.ai network.

How we use information

We use this information to calculate chart context, rank relevant professional profiles, explain recommendations, operate bookings, prevent abuse, maintain security, understand aggregate service usage and respond to support requests. Matching is an automated recommendation aid, not a determination of compatibility, suitability or professional competence.

Sharing and service providers

Chart calculations, directory data, authentication, hosting, analytics, email and bookings may be provided through HumanDesign.ai and carefully selected service providers acting on our instructions. When you contact or book a professional, the information needed to handle that request is shared with that professional. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, security and international processing

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries outside your own, with protections applied as required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact privacy@humandesign.ai to make a request.
